“Students can log in to the platform with the login credentials provided to log in to the platform to access the live class link. Personalized schedules with class links can be seen only after the student logs in to his/her Learning Management System (LMS) account.
Of course! “How to” videos will be shared with each student. In addition, a student induction session will be conducted to guide students about the onboarding process and resources on the student dashboard.
A standard discount of 10% is applicable for the second enrolment.
Tools required – computer /laptop/ smartphone, headphones with microphone and preferably broadband or 4G internet connection
E-books will be made available to students who register for courses.
- Students can choose one or more co-curricular courses and will be charged accordingly.

- The entire course schedule is available on the student portal. Additionally, the course schedule and calendar specific to a student can be seen in their personal LMS account.

Support and help is available during class room sessions either as part of group discussion, or in breakaway rooms and one to one chats. Additionally, a student can request for individual time with tutors and get their doubts cleared.

No. You need to log into your LMS account to join the class
The issues can be brought to the program coordinator and appropriate action will be taken.
Though not advisable, yes you can take class while traveling if inevitable! There is no mobile app but you can definitely take class from a smartphone/ ipad/ Ipod.
Yes! Apart from doubt clearing sessions, additional classes can be arranged based on requirements but this would be charged extra.
- A support desk number on the portal can be used should you face such problems.
- No class will not be repeated. Students can revise the topic by playing recorded video of missed class and reach out to the teacher in the next class in case of any doubts.
– Concerns will be reviewed. In case you still would like to discontinue the refund policy will be applied.
– Below is the standard refund policy which applies once you have registered.
1. Withdrawal before completion of first 2 classes – 80 percent fee refund
2. Withdrawal after completion first two class – no fee refund
